Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. At Mizuki Watches we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.

Complete the form below to notify us of your withdrawal. You may also send any other unequivocal statement to support@mizukiwatches.com.

To Mizuki Watches (support@mizukiwatches.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods.

How the return works

  1. Send this form (or email us).
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions before you send anything back.
  3. Pack the item unused, with its tags, accessories and original packaging.
  4. Ship it back using the instructions we provide.
  5. Your refund is issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item, to the original payment method.

Conditions

  • Statutory withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery. Mizuki extends it to 30 days.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, accessories and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for our errors or manufacturing defects.
  • Buy 1, Get 1 Free orders: both items must be returned together for a full refund.
  • Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy at our cost.
